In this part-time role, you will play a key role in enhancing our customers’ shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise. Deliver exceptional customer service and greet shoppers with enthusiasm. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention guidelines. Help unload trucks and organize merchandise in the store. Maintain clean and engaging aisles and product displays. Perform cashier duties as needed. Requirements: Customer-focused with excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to learn and execute the necessary concepts for the role. Willingness to stand and walk for extended periods. Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds continuously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail experience is preferred. Must be at least 16 years of age.
