What You'll Do: Gain in-depth knowledge of the Duluth brand and products to offer solution-oriented and friendly service to our customers. Personalize customer interactions effectively, from greeting to assisting in the fitting room and at the register. Communicate sales and promotions clearly to enhance customer experience. Execute email capture standards to support sales and service initiatives. Proactively resolve customer concerns and provide positive solutions, feeling empowered to make those decisions. Answer phones professionally, providing store greetings, direction, and assistance with customer orders. Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, ensuring a smooth flow of inventory. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Uphold cleanliness standards across the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area. Accurately and efficiently process all transactions at the register. Follow all company policies, procedures, and practices diligently. Complete any additional duties as assigned by management. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Strong focus on customer satisfaction. Pride in delivering quality work and ownership of store responsibilities.
