HOURS AND SHIFTS

Part time 15+ hours per week, Saturday availability required

ESSENTIALS: Applicants must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position. Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week is required, including the ability to work weeknights and weekends. Successful candidates should demonstrate proven experience in customer service or retail.

Requirements:

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

· Excellent verbal communication skills in English

· Previous success in retail sales

· Ability to work well in a team environment

· Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

· Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Daily Duties include but are not limited to:

· Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

· Provide product information and recommendations to customers

· Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

· Receive and stock incoming merchandise

· Assist with inventory management and restocking

· Maintain accurate inventory counts

· Handle customer service and returns in a timely manner

· Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends by attending online & in-person product knowledge learning events.
