Key Responsibilities: Process freight and assist with pricing changes and markdowns. Balance the register according to company policy at the end of shifts. Efficiently bag merchandise and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions in compliance with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting every customer, assisting in fitting rooms, and ensuring timely sales transactions. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by fulfilling housekeeping duties as assigned. Support management with merchandising the sales floor based on stock levels. Communicate exchange and refund policies clearly to customers and handle returns or void requests with appropriate management approval. Assist with loss prevention efforts by following current operational policies and reporting any theft incidents. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Flexible availability, including nights and weekends. Basic mathematical skills for transactions.
