From helping customers find their perfect fit to sharing your product knowledge, youll play a key role in creating a memorable shopping experience and representing an iconic American brand.

Responsibilities Guide customers to the right Red Wing footwear based on their unique needs, building trust and long-term relationships. Deliver the Ultimate Fit Experience ensuring comfort, durability, and safety in every pair. Share expert product knowledge and keep up with new arrivals to better serve customers. Build connections with local businesses to provide work footwear solutions for their employees. Keep the store organized, clean, and welcoming. Process transactions quickly and accurately. Collaborate with your team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, energetic environment.

Qualifications Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not requiredwell train the right person). Passion for helping others and creating a positive customer experience. Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills. Weekend availability required; flexibility for additional hours a plus. Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow within the role.
