As a Retail Sales Associate, transform store guests into loyal customers. When guests enter the store, you're the person who guides them. As the expert on home furnishings, you create inspiration, enthusiasm, and excitement about Ashley's products. You help our guests discover the styles that reflect their lives and help them design rooms they will love to live in. Compensation: This position pays an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour for the first two weeks of training. After an initial two-weeks training period, eligible employees can earn commissions and incentives on sales, bonuses, and other weekly and monthly sales incentives based on sales performance, with no maximum earnings. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts differ based on product types and sales volume.
