Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers and applying customer experience principles Model positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to operating procedures Promote credit and loyalty programs Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor Provide and receive recognition and constructive feedback Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures Support shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Flexible schedule to support business needs Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation Teamwork with peers and supervisors Retail customer experience is a plus
