Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices. Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Upsell products by understanding customer preferences and making tailored recommendations. Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance store performance. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a grocery store environment is preferred.
