Purpose of the Role The Retail Sales Associate plays a vital role in achieving store sales and KPI targets by embodying our brand values to create exceptional experiences for Athletes. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will execute daily responsibilities to support store operations and take on Stock Specialist duties as needed. Your Impact Sales & Omni Assist Athletes directly to meet sales KPI targets as directed by the Retail Store Manager. Process omni-channel requests accurately and efficiently according to Under Armour procedures. Brand Image & Customer Experience Exhibit the Under Armour service culture and meet customer expectations. Communicate brand messages effectively while assisting Athletes, adhering to the Under Armour Service Model. Enhance selling techniques by expanding your product knowledge through ongoing training. Retail Operations Maintain merchandise standards and floor sets. Adhere to Under Armour policies and procedures. Accomplish operational and cash management tasks in accordance with your training. Follow Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies. Meet working hour requirements as per Under Armour's attendance policy. Team Collaboration/Self Growth Work with teammates to achieve store objectives. Take initiative for self-development and pursue opportunities for performance improvement. Qualifications Basic skills in numeracy, literacy, communication, and listening. Fluency in the local language is essential. Proficiency with computers and technology is required. Proven collaboration skills with a strong ability to contribute in team settings. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Requirements 0-3 months of experience in a sports/apparel & footwear retail setting. Flexibility to work varying hours, including holidays, nights, and weekends as needed by the business. Physical Requirements Capable of lifting or relocating products up to 25 lbs/12kgs. Able to stand and move for extended periods with brief breaks. Ability to access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock, and register areas. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to assist with essential responsibilities.
