Your Role as a Sales Associate: As a Sales Associate at Scrubs & Beyond, your key responsibility is to understand and meet the needs of our customers, guiding them towards the best products. You will play an essential role in delivering outstanding customer service that enhances the shopping experience and boosts sales. Your passion for helping others will contribute to a lively and welcoming store atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive personal sales results. Engage actively with customers on the sales floor and model effective selling practices. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all areas are safe and inviting. Perform assigned opening and closing duties. Embody Kindthread Core Values at all times. Uphold strong visual merchandising standards. Essential Qualifications: 0-2 years of relevant experience; a minimum of 6 months in retail is preferred. Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (PT 12-29 hours weekly). Preferred Qualifications: Strong customer service skills with a knack for engaging customers and driving sales. Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Physical Demands: Constantly standing and walking. Regularly reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. Frequently stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Occasionally climbing and descending ladders and step stools.
