Responsibilities Customer Interaction: Greet and thank each customer with a smile; provide swift and friendly assistance; address customer concerns promptly and courteously. Merchandising and Sales: Engage in merchandising activities such as accurate pricing, promoting sales, and ensuring all products are kept clean and well-organized, including the cooler. Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, vendors, colleagues, and management regarding store operations. Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates to effectively serve customers while adhering to all regulations related to your responsibilities. Technology Use: Operate store technology including point of sale systems, and perform necessary calculations accurately for transactions and reports. Management Support: Assist in training new employees and monitor loss control concerning cash handling, food safety, and merchandise sales. Food Preparation: Adhere to food service guidelines for preparation and presentation, ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. Store Maintenance: Keep a clean and sanitized environment in food service areas and throughout the store. All employees are expected to know and adhere to company policies.
