Resolve customer issues proactively, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Assist with omnichannel needs for a seamless customer experience. Handle point of sale transactions efficiently. Keep the store organized through replenishment and shipment tasks. Communicate current promotions and brand loyalty programs effectively. Maintain a safe and clean store while minimizing loss through exceptional customer service. We’re looking for candidates with: A positive and solutions-oriented mindset. Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. You should be able to: Lift up to 40 pounds as needed and engage in frequent movements, including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods.
