The Recipe for Success:
As our sales associate, your primary role is to be our customer service and product knowledge expert who is committed to building and sustaining long-term relationships with our customers. Your ability to achieve results independently and contribute to an environment through teamwork, empowerment and collaboration makes you a critical member of our sales and service team. You love to sell and go out of your way to create joyful Brand experiences for our customers.
What's on your daily menu?
Meet company sales, service and KPI goals to support Consistently use the Recipe for Successful Selling approach while interacting with customers, in addition to promoting in-store promotions, contests and incentives. Utilize Sales performance tools and methods to enhance selling behaviors, including cross selling, suggestive selling, add-ons, set selling, etc. Leverage reporting tools to track and maintain individual results. Deliver a joyful customer experience to support Brand standards Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships by leveraging Personal Trade principals. Maintain strong sales and service knowledge through ongoing coaching and training. Responds to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Executes and maintain store standards to meet business needs Maintain visual standards, store merchandising practices and inventory control activities. Follow plans/directions/schedules and act with a sense of urgency to meet the changing priorities, store needs and demands of the business. Adhere to operational and safety policies and procedures. The Perfect Blend: Your Ingredients for Success: Prior retail sales experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment Flexibility in to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Physical requirements include ability to be stand and walk on the salesfloor for extended periods of time; climb a ladder; lift and carry up to 25 pounds High School Graduate or equivalent Must be 18 years of age Authentic passion around cooking, baking and entertaining Why Join Our Table?
