Your main goal will be to ensure exceptional service by understanding customer needs, assisting in selecting and securing the proper parts, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with customers Greet customers warmly and assess their needs Ensure the correct parts are secured and issues are resolved Maintain the store's appearance and organized displays Assist in receiving and stocking merchandise Qualifications: Valid Driver's License (preferred) Previous retail sales experience (preferred) GED or equivalent (preferred) Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cataloging software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Self-motivated with the ability to multitask Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift Capable of lifting merchandise up to 60 pounds Ability to use moving aids for heavy equipment Excellent communication skills Compensation: $16.00 per hour Dyna Parts is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
