As a Retail Sales Associate with Keyholder responsibilities, you will create an exceptional in-store shopping experience for our customers while managing essential opening and closing store operations. Store Name: Galleria At Crystal Run Key Responsibilities: Execute opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers and preparing deposits. Maintain an organized and inviting store environment, including the sales floor, checkout area, fitting rooms, and stockroom. Ensure adherence to safety protocols for associates and customers. Effectively handle customer transactions with speed and accuracy to minimize wait times. Address customer service issues promptly and escalate as necessary, communicating outcomes to Store Management. Encourage customer participation in credit and loyalty programs by highlighting their benefits. Assist with new product launches and merchandising changes according to company standards. Support the team with additional tasks as directed by your supervisor. Required Experience & Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years relevant experience, with a minimum of 6 months preferred. Proficient with technological tools such as iPads and registers. Available to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours. Meets physical requirements to perform job tasks. Critical Skills & Attributes: Prior retail experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
