ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder who is dedicated to outstanding customer service and mentoring fellow team members to achieve success in a dynamic environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Welcoming each guest warmly by dedicating time to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Act as a knowledgeable resource, skilled in selling and marketing a wide range of apparel, including both private labels and established name brands. Contribute to building a customer-oriented sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training on sales techniques and operational procedures. ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is a plus, but not required). Exceptional customer service skills, with experience in resolving issues and complaints effectively. Capability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as needed. The expected pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $18.84 per hour, based on experience. This includes a base hourly wage of $9.80 to $13.20, along with a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance. You will also have the opportunity to earn additional compensation to ensure you meet minimum wage, as well as being eligible for quarterly bonuses based on overall store performance.
