Your Role: We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about customer service and enjoys coaching team members to reach their goals in a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring each guest feels welcome by actively engaging with them, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Serving as a product knowledge expert capable of selling and marketing a diverse range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Contributing to a superior customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills, behaviors, and operational procedures. Are You a Good Fit? Specific qualifications for this role include: A high school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is a plus but not required). Proven experience in superior customer service techniques and problem/complaint resolution. Ability to lift items weighing up to 10 lbs. and move items up to 50 lbs. The hourly rate for this position is $10.30 - $14.00 per hour, in addition to a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume.
