WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Retail Sales Associate with Key Holder responsibilities, you will: Welcome each guest with genuine attentiveness, asking insightful questions to understand their needs and preferences. Serve as a knowledgeable expert on our wide range of products, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Contribute to the development of a customer-focused sales team by providing coaching and training on selling techniques, behaviors, and operational best practices. ARE YOU A FIT? To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (a college/university degree is a plus but not required). Exceptional customer service skills with experience in resolving issues and complaints. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $11.20 to $15.20, with an additional commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on your personal sales performance.
