Retail Sales Associate Temporary Part-Time (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associates for a 6 months temporary assignment to join our dynamic team. Our employment benefits consider welfare benefits as well as 401(k) retirement benefits.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Previous retail or customer service experience.

Bilingual Spanish/English required, additional language skills a plus.

In accordance with federal, state, and local laws, candidates must have a valid driver's license or unexpired picture ID issued by the State of California Authority, and a social security number that can and will be verified through the State's E-Verify system.

Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Our retail store environment may require evening hours.

Essential Duties, include but not limited to:

Acquire and maintain product knowledge to demonstrate brand, quality, and style.

Support in-store sales opportunities

Recommend, locate, and select merchandise based on consumer requests.

Efficiently and accurately process sales transactions using store register and adhere to checkout standards.

Collect, maintain, and keep personal transaction information secure and confidential.

Maintain professional attire, behavior, and neatness in accordance with company policy.

Other duties as assigned.
