As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team with various tasks including setup, merchandising, and teardown of our seasonal store. Your responsibilities will also include providing excellent Guest Services in alignment with Company Standards, generating sales, maintaining store cleanliness, merchandise presentation, managing signage and pricing, POS operations, and implementing loss prevention strategies. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. This role requires physical ability, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting or moving up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for up to 8 hours.
