Collectibles Sales Associate

Essential Role Responsibilities: Work well independently within a small, close-knit team Contribute to an environment of customer satisfaction. Works to develop long term customer rep Be a self-starter and an effective communicator Develops and maintains a knowledge of merchandise Seeks to identify customer's needs and sells according to the customer's buying potential Maintains the appearance of the floor and display areas: ticketed; cleaned, and displayed Cash handling responsibilities MUST HAVE RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE Experience: Excellent customer service skills Motivated and results driven Strong attention to detail Ability to work autonomously Commission sales experience preferred Previous retail experience preferred Standing, bending, lifting, climbing stairs Associates must be willing to work a flexible schedule based on business need,

which will include evenings, weekends and holidays.
