Job Objective:
The Retail Sales Associate’s objective is to promote and deliver high sales results by building strong relationships with customers while maintaining a positive and engaging store experience.
Essential Functions
Sales Generation & Growth
Engage customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable products and styling options.
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and expectations.
Encourage and process online orders for out-of-stock items.
Capture customer information (email/phone) at checkout.
Assist with social media content creation when requested.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
Provide exceptional, customer-first service that creates a lasting impression.
Actively greet and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Product Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of all store products to effectively assist customers.
Stay current on fashion trends and seasonal styles.
Store Maintenance
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
Transaction Handling
Accurately process transactions and handle cash/credit payments.
Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
Inventory Management
Replenish merchandise and ensure proper product representation on the sales floor.
Teamwork
Collaborate effectively with sales associates and management to achieve store goals.
Assist with processing shipments: unbox, steam, fold, and merchandise.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support store success.
Requirements
Previous retail or fashion industry experience preferred.
Strong drive, goal-oriented, high energy, and positive attitude.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with adaptability to change.
High degree of personal and professional integrity.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Strong customer service orientation with a warm and professional approach.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for fashion is a must.
Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions
Standing for extended periods.
Frequent customer interaction.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
