Schwanens heritage, values, and products, and build deep, lasting relationships with our customers, contributing to the commercial success of the business.This is a seasonal, part-time position (1624 hours per week) based in our Soho, NYC store, supporting our team during the peak trade period through the end of January.Your ResponsibilitiesProviding exceptional, memorable experiences to all visitors of our storeUtilizing your brand and product knowledge to guide customers and assist them in choosing the products that are right for themContributing to the achievement of the stores key performance indicatorsEnsuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for customers and colleaguesMaintaining the visual merchandising standards of the store at all timesAccurately performing store procedures such as stock counts, opening and closing, and cashing upFlexibility and willingness to work on weekends and public holidaysThe Qualities You EmbodyExperience in a customer-facing role, preferably in clothing retailAbility to work effectively in and contribute to the success of a teamCuriosity to understand people and their needs without assumptions or judgment.
