Part-time, long-term Retail Sales Associates are wanted immediately for The Spice & Tea Exchange, a specialty retail shop that sells spices, herbs, teas, spice blends, rubs, and related products. Responsibilities include ensuring each guest receives stellar customer service, maintaining inventory levels, pricing merchandise, blending and packaging products, obtaining merchandise for customers, maintaining product knowledge, complying with operating standards, assessing and notifying management of low inventory levels, and helping maintain the store appearance. Preferred skills include a proven customer focus with stellar customer service, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients, reading a scale, and following recipes.
