You will serve as a brand ambassador, invigorating excitement around our innovative products and services. Your passion for the connected world and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial as technology evolves and customer needs shift. In this role, you will connect meaningfully with customers, building and deepening relationships like no one else in the wireless industry. Your primary responsibility will be to uncover customers' needs while educating them about our devices and service solutions. This is an entry-level position where you'll learn alongside your team and prepare for growth into the Mobile Expert role. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service and sales experiences to customers, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction. Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey, whether online or in-store. Demonstrate products and explore personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices. Approach sales and service needs with integrity, compassion, and professionalism. Utilize digital tools to enhance customer interactions and demonstrate our superior network coverage. Complete training on T-Mobile's in-store experience, processes, systems, and product knowledge. Maximize your time by seeking information about innovations in wireless technology. Collaborate with team members to own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly. Identify and hand off small business leads effectively. Support team initiatives and contribute to an inclusive work environment. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED is required. 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment. A passion for advocating for customers while showcasing your authentic self. A competitive drive and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales setting. Willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders while providing exceptional service. Skilled at balancing customer needs with performance objectives. Additional Information: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. No travel is required. This position is not regulated by the Department of Transportation and is not safety-sensitive. Within your first 90 days, you will receive on-the-job training and be eligible for hourly training pay. Upon successful completion, you'll be promoted to the Mobile Expert role, with access to an annual incentive target of $18,000 based on your performance and full-time status. Each employee at T-Mobile is guaranteed to earn at least $20/hour, inclusive of base pay and incentives. Moreover, every T-Mobile employee shares in ownership through our Annual Stock Grant.
