YOUR MISSION Accountable for ensuring individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through effective customer service.
Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store in line with PUMA's Brand Values and service standards.
Complete all required training programs, both domestic and global, to drive results within the store.
Participate in Loss Prevention education, training, and awareness programs.
Ensure Loss Prevention and operational compliance within the store.
Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Management team.
Participate in new store openings and closings; travel may be required.
Accurately process sales transactions at the cash desk, operate the POS system properly, handle tender forms with accuracy, and apply discounts when applicable.
Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
Maintain all visual guidelines and ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA standards.
Keep the store's physical condition according to guidelines and report maintenance needs promptly.
Comply with all policies, procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
Maintain a safe and compliant working and shopping environment; report any issues to management.
Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.
The base pay for this position ranges from $17.25 to $20.25 plus benefits (401k, PTO, discounts). Pay may vary depending on experience and skills. More details at https://about.puma.com/en/careers/locations .
YOUR TALENT One to two years of experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment, preferably apparel/footwear, with a results-driven track record.
Proven ability to exceed sales goals, preferably with experience in commission-based roles; strong customer service skills; effective communication; ability to present to large groups.
Physical ability to walk and move about constantly, including standing, reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 30 pounds, including working at heights with ladders.
Use of ladder/step stool, maintaining organization and cleanliness of sales and stock areas; exposure to working at heights and operating foot controls for mobile stock shelving.
Critical senses include speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
Critical cognitive skills include reading comprehension, basic math, writing, problem-solving, and computer skills.
