Your Role: As a full-time Retail Sales Associate in the mobile department at a National Retailer, you will have the chance to enhance your career within a supportive team focused on achieving sales success. Whether you’re starting out or have years of sales experience, you can earn between $15 to $20 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $16,000 annually in individual sales commissions by meeting your goals. Top achievers could even make an additional $10,000 or more, totaling potential earnings of $59,000 to $67,000+ each year! Compensation may vary by location, hours worked, and individual performance. One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through either work history or military service. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules are known four weeks in advance). Openness to picking up extra hours and increasing your earnings, particularly during peak seasons. It's even better if you possess: Experience in a commission-based environment. A proven track record of solving customer problems through effective communication. Prior customer service experience.
