Become a product knowledge expert, offering advice on a diverse range of apparel, including private labels and tailored clothing. Help build a customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training in selling skills and operational procedures. ARE YOU A FIT? If you have: A high school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus, but not necessary). Excellent customer service skills and experience in problem resolution. The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. WE OFFER: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $11.20 to $15.20, plus a commission rate between 1.5% and 6% based on personal sales volume. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on store sales.
