Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Associate - Key Holder who is enthusiastic about customer service. Key responsibilities include: Welcoming each guest by engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences. Demonstrating extensive product knowledge to effectively market a diverse range of apparel, including private labels and tailored clothing. Assisting in building a strong, customer-focused sales team through ongoing coaching and training in sales techniques and operational procedures. Are You a Good Fit? The ideal candidate will possess: A high school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree preferred but not required). Proven customer service skills and experience in resolving issues or complaints. The ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. Compensation: The expected pay range for this position is between $17.50 per hour and $20.24 per hour, determined by a base hourly wage ranging from $10.30 to $14.00, plus a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance. Additional compensation ensures a minimum wage when applicable. Associates are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on overall store sales.
