Greet customers promptly and courteously. Assist customers in locating items. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service. Offer accurate product information. Operate the cash register accurately. Restock products as needed. Perform merchandising tasks. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Competencies: Effective communication (oral & written). Strong customer service & safety awareness. Ability to follow instructions. Neat and clean appearance per company standards. Punctuality. Teamwork. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Stand for up to 8 hours a day. Education and Experience: Required: High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 months of customer service or related experience. Preferred: Knowledge of North Face, Oakley, Patagonia, and ski/snowboard brands; POS system experience. Physical Requirements: Ability to walk or stand for 80% of the shift.
