DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate and Key Holder. All team members are eligible for quarterly bonuses. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Welcome each guest warmly, engaging with them to understand their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Become a product knowledge expert, proficient in selling a diverse range of apparel, including private labels, name brands, and tailored clothing. Assist in creating a strong customer-focused sales team by providing ongoing training and coaching to enhance selling skills and operational procedures. ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR? A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a college degree is a plus but not required. Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer concerns effectively. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs and move up to 50 lbs as needed. The expected pay range for this position is between $18.87 and $20.24 per hour. This includes a base hourly wage ranging from $10.30 to $14.00, complemented by a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, plus additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if required.
