Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. · Meat Associate - $16.53 – $27.70 · Seafood Associate - $16.53 – $20.10 · Floral Associate - $16.53 – $22.15 · Produce Associate - $16.53 – $22.15 · Fresh Cut Associate (Prepackaged fruits & vegetables) - $16.53 – $22.15 · Bakery Associate - $16.53 – 21.15 · General Merchandise Associate - $16.53 – $22.15 · Dairy Associate - $16.53 - $22.15 · Frozen Associate - $16.53 - $22.15 · Receiving/Freight Associate - $16.53 – $22.15 · Grocery Associate - $16.53 - $21.15 · Scan Associate - $25.15 - $25.40 Pay Rate: $16.53 - $27.70 Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
