This is a hybrid role for a Retail Sales and Marketing Lead located in Pittsboro, NC, with some work from home acceptable. The Retail Sales and Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing and enhancing retail sales activities, developing and executing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with vendors, maintaining product knowledge, and fostering strong communications within the team and with clients. The role also involves creating and implementing promotional campaigns and co-branding opportunities. Responsibilities Manage and enhance retail sales activities.
