At CROSSMARK, our Retail Reset Merchandisers play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for consumers. Our specialized teams work diligently to ensure that customers have access to the latest products from our clients through effective merchandising and display resets.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute merchandising tasks, including reading and implementing plano-grams and schematic layouts.
Conduct resets for departments or brands in various retail environments, ensuring compliance with clients' sales objectives.
Utilize reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations, typically within a 25-40 mile radius, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Communicate effectively with store personnel regarding tasks, promotions, and objectives, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Work Schedule and Availability:
This part-time role typically requires no more than 24 hours per week, adaptable based on client needs.
Availability may include weekdays (Monday to Friday), with the potential for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in retail merchandising or resets is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook, along with reliable access to a computer and the internet.
Physical Requirements:
Regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 60 pounds.
Involvement in physical reset activities such as item removal, shelf movement, and product reorganization according to provided plano-grams.
