A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Retail Project Manager.

Position Type: Full-time-Contract, Possible contract to Hire

Duration: 06-12 Months

Location: New York City, NY 10007 (Onsite)

As a Retail Project Manager, you will : Project Manager for Retail Team Looking for a person with strong expertise in creating new retail design concepts, design execution and roll out of new concepts. Prior experience with large national retailers with multiple locations, expertise in managing multiple external partners/agencies, and working with internal stakeholders is desired.

Responsibilities Executes design strategy in design of retail stores. Self-starter who can "own” projects from inception to completion. Ability to generate creative work, while managing budgets and fast-paced timelines. Produce design documents, presentations drawings and design details. Manage schedules and monitor deadlines. Maintain department libraries, specifications, and archives. Review materials supplied by Real Estate department such as lease plans and landlord design criteria. Source new products and materials. Concept development including fixture prototyping and building signage. Roll out and archive projects.

The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor’s degree in interior design, industrial design or architecture required. Architecture or interior design background with retail design experience. Expertise in: AUTOCAD, SKETCH-UP, ADOBE CREATIVE. Quick hand sketch ability a plus. Strong communication and design presentation skills. Strong design aesthetic. Computer drafting and 3D modeling. Proficient in; Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Sketchup. Additional knowledge of Mac and Apple Pages a plus. Ability to effectively communicate verbally, in writing and through drawings/sketches. Excellent time management skills. Detail oriented .

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $40 - $50 per hour.

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
