The Pharmacy Technician will play a critical role in daily pharmacy operations, including prescription processing and assisting with customer service in a retail setting that services LTC facilities. This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance. Core Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to phone inquiries regarding billing, facilities, and general questions

Accurately process and fill prescription orders

Prepare blister packs for LTC facilities

Receive, organize, and shelve incoming inventory

Complete prescription orders that remain outstanding from the previous day

Provide support to the front-end team by assisting with walk-in customers and prescription pick-ups as needed

Work Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, day shift

Rotating Saturdays required

Shift start and end times will be finalized in coordination with the client during the interview process

Qualifications:

Recent pharmacy technician experience is mandatory

Must have previous LTC pharmacy experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation:

$20 per hour
