We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager for a retail setting in Binghamton, NY . This is a direct hire opportunity offering a stable schedule and strong professional growth potential. Position Details: Schedule: Variable shifts, evenings required at times

Hours: 4x10 or 4x12 schedules (example: 8am8pm)

Setting: Retail Pharmacy

Responsibilities: Serve as supervising pharmacist / pharmacist in charge per state board requirements

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations

Oversee full pharmacy operations, including financial goals, payroll, third-party administration, scheduling, and inventory management

Manage and train pharmacy support staff, including performance reviews and accountability

Deliver patient-centered services such as immunizations, MTM, and wellness programs

Counsel patients and providers on drug use, interactions, side effects, and therapy optimization

Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure patient safety

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment

Complete all required continuing education programs and company trainings

Requirements: Active New York Pharmacist license (Required)

Immunization Certification (Required)

Ability and comfort in administering all vaccines (Required)

Strong leadership, business, and operational management skills

Preferred Qualifications: Prior retail pharmacy management experience

Background in training, coaching, and staff development
