We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations in Amenia, New York . This is a direct hire opportunity in an independent retail pharmacy setting. Position: Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)

Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: MondayFriday, Day Shifts

System: Rx30

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily pharmacy operations

Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations

Supervise, mentor, and lead pharmacy staff

Manage inventory and maintain pharmacy licensure

Provide clinical services including immunizations and compounding

Collaborate with care teams on medication therapy management

Promote a culture of patient-centered care and community service

Qualifications (Required): Active New York Pharmacist License in good standing

Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred/Ideal Experience: 13 years of recent pharmacist experience preferred

Pharmacy management or leadership experience highly preferred (must be confident in overseeing operations and holding the pharmacy accountable)
