The Position: Retail Pharmacy Director

Employment Status: Full Time

Hours per two-week pay-period: 80 Hours

Essential Job Functions:

  • Financial Oversight- manages pharmacy budget, analyze reimbursement trends and oversees contracts including wholesaler, third-party insurance and 340B.
  • Supply Chain Management- oversee inventory management and supply chain efficiency
  • Staff Management-oversee staff, including hiring, training, scheduling and performance evaluations to ensure high level of service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Prefer 3-5 years of experience in healthcare

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management, or related field.

Sidney Health Center is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Director to join our I CARE team in the Retail Pharmacy setting. Essential duties of the position include financial oversight, supply chain management, and staff management.
