In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to our patients, ensuring their health and safety through expert medication management and patient education. Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and provide thorough consultations to patients. Monitor patient medication therapies for safety and efficacy. Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and pharmacy laws. Manage inventory and ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked with necessary medications. Participate in continuing education to stay current with industry trends and advancements. Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution. Active pharmacist license in the state of practice. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology. Excellent patient service skills with a focus on compassionate care.
