Retail Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Independent Pharmacy | Ainsworth, NE We are seeking a full-time Retail Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a small, independent community pharmacy in downtown Ainsworth, Nebraska . This is a permanent pharmacist position offering an excellent MondayFriday schedule, strong community involvement , and the chance to grow with a new pharmacy location set to open within the next year. 30-minute lunch break (1:00 PM 1:30 PM)

No evenings, weekends, or on-call

Responsibilities Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and oversee daily pharmacy operations

Verify and dispense prescriptions (average 100+ per day )

Provide patient counseling and deliver outstanding customer service

Supervise and collaborate with pharmacy support staff (technician and clerk)

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Contribute to the planning and setup of a new pharmacy location (anticipated in 69 months)

Requirements Active Nebraska Pharmacist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Previous retail pharmacy experience required

Experience as PIC or sole pharmacist strongly preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
