POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Join us as a Retail Operations Manager where you will foster an inclusive environment that champions both associate and customer engagement. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Model and ensure adherence to our Brand culture, policies, and procedures while holding Associates accountable for their actions.
Expertly recruit, select, hire, and develop top talent; maintain a strong succession plan through mentorship and observational learning.
Collaborate with Design and Merchandising teams throughout the Product Life Cycle (PLC) to align seasonal looks with customer preferences.
Drive merchandising strategies that result in optimal product turnover and profitability.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Promote effective selling behaviors through proactive observation and coaching.
Support company-sponsored events and community initiatives that reflect our values.
Analyze data to identify business opportunities and develop innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Oversee visual merchandising execution, ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards.
Communicate brand messaging effectively, educating associates on product and lifestyle concepts.
Manage operational costs through strategic scheduling and financial oversight.
Stay informed about market trends, utilizing this knowledge to engage customers meaningfully.
Lead the team with high productivity, ensuring schedules align with business needs and associate availability.
Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols, and asset protection policies at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required; some college or a bachelor's degree preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
A minimum of 5 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, including at least 2 years as a Store Manager.
Proven success in recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing retail team.
Skill in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Ability to act as a role model, always prioritizing the customer experience.
Strong organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills with effective follow-up.
Knowledge of visual standards and ability to implement them effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to forecast and analyze business trends to enhance store performance.
Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.
