Essential Responsibilities
Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to the in-store service team to ensure consistent execution of service standards, operational efficiency, and professional development of team members. Build and maintain strong relationships with Weis Operations leaders to drive customer satisfaction and generate positive feedback at the Weis corporate level. Collaborate with Imperial Sales and Account leadership to align service execution with customer and company priorities, supporting the introduction of new service categories. Review store service schedules with supervisors regularly to ensure quality execution and optimize efficiency. Ensure compliance and timely completion of all Movista-related execution surveys. Attend and actively participate in Weis headquarters meetings to address specific issues, opportunities, and strategic initiatives. Oversee all remodels and new store set-ups, ensuring projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction. Manage expenses within budget guidelines and ensure timely completion of all related administrative and financial paperwork. Lead and facilitate weekly/monthly Imperial SSR and SSM meetings to foster strong communication, accountability, and engagement across the service team. Analyze service performance metrics (e.g., units per hour and sales impact) to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Review Sales Data in the Sales Dashboard to identify sales gaps and opportunities. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality, team productivity, and customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. Proficiency with basic computer functions, including logging in with credentials and following step-by-step instructions. Preferred background in sales and merchandising within Health & Beauty Care (HBC), General Merchandise (GM), and cosmetics categories. Previous sales management or supervisory experience in a supermarket or retail environment strongly preferred. Proven ability to set and achieve goals, work independently, drive sales of seasonal, promotional, and close-out products, and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Intermediate in Microsoft Outlook and Word and Excel (intermediate to advanced) , with solid computer capabilities Salary Range: $67,000-$85,000 based on experience
