Your Role as a Retail Operations Manager: As the manager of a single store, you'll oversee various aspects, including hiring, training, and leading associates to reach financial targets while ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Your leadership will be critical in driving the success of your store. To set you up for success, we provide an immersive training program lasting 8 or more weeks to guide you in your new role.
