Join Our Team as a Retail Operations Manager! As a Retail Operations Manager, you will oversee daily sales and operations, ensuring that customers receive top-quality service and support. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve their sales goals through coaching and motivation. Maintain up-to-date financial records, inventory levels, and other relevant statistics. Ensure all products are accessible for purchase and displayed in an appealing manner. Manage payroll, recruitment, hiring, and training for the store staff. Handle operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for designated accounts. Promote our Music & Arts lesson programs and support teaching staff. Deliver outstanding customer service to every visitor. Perform additional duties as assigned to support store success.
