Job Summary
As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our teams to provide an unforgettable experience to our guests in our venue retail spaces.
Key Responsibilities: Ensurehigh standards of merchandising at all retail areas Coachand leadteam members to provide a fantastic guest experience Takea hands-on approach to ensureour standards are being executed Overseeretail opening duties - ensure readiness from the moment the first guest arrives Overseeclosing duties to ensure retail areas are secured Superviseteam members to ensure high standards are always maintained Scheduleteam members through MyStaff Accurate completion and maintenance of inventory to prevent shrinkage Placeorders for products based on detailed analysis of future demand Ensurehigh standards of store merchandiseare always maintained Coachteam members to continually enhance performance Handlecustomer complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory completion Overseethe rotation of merchandise for different event types to optimize revenue Setdaily zone chart for team members Completeteam pre-shifts to set the tone for events and keep team members informed Complete sales floor inspection to ensure all areas are set up to a high standard and are clean and safe Overseesales floor restockto optimize product availability Receiveorders and checkto ensure accuracy Planand managespecial event setups and tear downs Assistcustomers as needed - always setan example for team members Completeteam member progressive discipline as needed Ensurecompliance with all Payment Card Information rules always Completeannual performance and mid-term reviews with team members Managelocation 'Keys to the Future' activities to develop future leaders Completeteam member orientation training Other duties as assigned
