Retail Operations Assistant Manager Join our dynamic team as a Retail Operations Assistant Manager where you'll play a key role in overseeing all facets of our retail/food operations. Key Responsibilities: Hire, train, and schedule a team of 20-60 coworkers to deliver exceptional service. Ensure strict adherence to food safety protocols. Manage ordering processes and maintain accurate inventory control. Analyze profit and loss statements to drive business performance. Oversee the cleaning and stocking procedures to maintain store standards. What You Bring: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively resolve coworker and customer concerns. Thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Adept at problem-solving and quickly adjusting priorities as needed. A passion for mentoring and helping others succeed. Commitment to maintaining a clean, inviting store atmosphere. Prior leadership experience in a management role. As an Assistant Manager, you will typically work 45 hours over a 5-day schedule, with overtime compensation at time and a half for any hours exceeding 40 each week.
