Key Responsibilities: Manage the timely shipment of merchandise to our warehouse for RTV and store transfers. Access and fulfill customer Locate orders promptly and efficiently. Ensure accurate reconciliation of store-to-store transfer documents and shipping manifests per company policy. Adhere strictly to loss prevention policies to minimize potential shrink. Implement visual merchandising standards, execute price adjustments, and ensure compliance that enhances the customer experience. Qualifications: Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of experience. Comfortable engaging with employees and providing clear direction. Adaptable and quick to respond to the dynamic demands of the retail environment. Proactive in completing tasks with minimal supervision. Strong analytical skills with expertise in problem-solving, decision-making, and financial assessments. High standards of ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness. Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
