Join Our Team as a Retail Music Store Leader! We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Retail Music Store Leader who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and operational excellence. In this role, you will manage store operations and lead a team to achieve their sales goals and provide exceptional experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team through coaching, support, and guidance to ensure they meet their sales objectives. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of financial metrics, inventory levels, and store performance statistics. Ensure a wide range of products are available for purchase and attractively displayed to enhance customer experience. Oversee recruitment, hiring, training, and development of store employees to build a strong team. Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts on a daily basis. Promote our Music & Arts lesson program and offer support to music teachers. Provide excellent customer service to every individual who enters the store. Perform additional duties as required to support store initiatives. Why Choose Music & Arts? Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2 years of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications: 3-5 years of retail experience.
