Build relationships by networking with educators, churches, and local organizations. Establish lasting customer connections and conduct engaging sales presentations. Provide top-notch customer service to ensure satisfaction. Encourage customer loyalty through meaningful interactions. Be involved in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and store upkeep. Ensure store security measures are maintained, including keys and alarm codes. Skills, Experience, and Education: High School Diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a retail environment. Strong knowledge of musical instruments and music theory.
